JOHNSON OUTDOORS ANNOUNCES CASH DIVIDEND - DECEMBER 2019

RACINE, WISCONSIN, December 6, 2019……. Johnson Outdoors Inc. (Nasdaq: JOUT), a leading global innovator of outdoor recreation equipment and technology, today announced approval by its Board of Directors of a quarterly cash dividend of $.17 per Class A share and $.1546 per Class B share.

The quarterly cash dividend is payable on January 23, 2020, to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 9, 2020.
